Shipping & Delivery

Depending on the specific item(s) you purchase, and to where in the U.S. you specify for us to send it, we will ship to you at no additional charge.  At our sole discretion, we will use the shipping services of either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once end delivery is made from one of these aforementioned shippers, we will not be held responsible, or financially liable, for any loss due to theft at the final destination.

Therefore, please exercise prudent judgment in designating a safe and secure shipping address for the delivery of your purchase.  Preferably, either you, or someone you trust, will be available to take immediate physical possession of your shipment at the time of delivery.  Thank you in advance for your kind understanding and cooperation in an effort to prevent needless package theft.

Upon final delivery to you, it is your responsibility to immediately, and thoroughly, inspect the condition of your item(s).  If your purchase was somehow damaged while in transit to you, please retain all of the original packing and shipping materials we used to send you your purchase.

Within 2-days from receiving your delivery, please contact us by email to describe the specific damage, and please provide us with suitable photographs that depict the damage to both the shipping carton and the item. Upon our review of the photos/damage, we will directly contact the shipping company we hired and whereby attempt to resolve matters with them.

While you’re awaiting further instructions from us, please do not discard any of the original packing and shipping materials, as well as the damaged item(s). Once we have successfully communicated with the shipper, we will then provide you with subsequent return and shipping instructions.  Thank you.
